REFUND POLICY

Our primary goal is that all of our customers are 100% satisfied!

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Please contact us as soon as possible to put this procedure in place.

We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the criteria below are met: Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled on arrival.

Note: titits cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss of mail or other mishaps. The international customer must provide a phone number.

If you believe you have entered the wrong address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

 

Please note that our standard shipping is published in the description of each product and in the checkout.

All customers should be made aware of this before placing an order.

All refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours before the funds are reflected in the customer's bank account.

 

Please do not return your purchase before contacting us.

Email us stating your concern and attach a photo of the item(s) showing the original size and packaging within 48 hours of receipt of order for a replacement or refund. Note: Our team inspects and verifies the photo(s) before proceeding with a replacement.

 

TITITS reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- EXCHANGE POLICY

TITITS takes the liberty of modifying the exchange policy according to events and each situation.

You can request a free return in Metropolitan France in order to exchange your item. Once your return package has been received, a new package will be sent to you free of charge.

If you are outside Metropolitan France, the return costs will be at your expense. Once your return package has been received, a new package will be sent to you free of charge if you are in Belgium, Germany or Spain.

If you are outside Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany or Spain, the return costs will be at your expense. Once your return package has been received, a new package will be sent to you subject to payment of the applicable delivery costs by the CUSTOMER.

TITITS limits the possibility of exchange to once per order.
